Treatment Plan
- Dietary Changes based on a carbohydrate controlled diet that incorporates good levels of dietary protein, healthy fats and moderate exercise to promote a metabolic shift towards fat metabolism.
- Exercise: The patient was asked to increase her exercise to at least 40 minutes three to four times per week.
