Almost every patient who walks through our clinic door has  experienced fatigue at some time. There are many potential causes of fatigue and successful treatment often requires a holistic treatment plan.  Simply resting and waiting for your health to turn around may be a very slow and frustrating experience. How to Have a Fantastic Sleep

Lots of people complain about being tired.  If only they could have more sleep.  Generally this means not getting enough sleep and / or missing out on good quality sleep.

Are you having trouble sleeping, and if so why? An estimated two million Australians pop sleeping pills at least one night a week. The issue of prescription sleeping tablets has been highlighted in early 2008 with the death of the Australian actor Heath Ledger in Manhattan who suffered chronic insomnia and was taking a cocktail of painkillers and medication for anxiety.

Hypothyroidism

Many clients come to this clinic wanting to know if they have an underactive thyroid gland. Some are already on Thyroid hormone replacement, but are concerned that not all symptoms have improved. Others  have a screening  TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) blood test result which is in the normal range but still believe their thyroid gland is under functioning.
