Years of clinical practice have shown me the importance of this kind of information in shaping the outcome of my treatment strategies.”

Three Step Process

A Thorough Assessment and Analysis of your health.

Many factors influence the wellbeing of an individual. To allow for each client to be put in context, a thorough case history needs to be completed. A case history deals with distressing symptoms, general health symptoms, as well as environmental, genetic and lifestyle habits. From this information, a decision on what testing is required can be made. Testing may include a live blood analysis, REAMS Test, Hormone testing, Hair Mineral Analysis, Allergy testing. This gives an accurate picture of your current and sometimes future health status, so a program can be designed to get you on your road to well-being.

Interpretation and Implementation of Results

With the information gleaned from the thorough assessment and analysis of your health, a precise strategy for improving your health can be implemented. This will involve dietary modification, nutrient support and lifestyle changes. Comprehensive handouts will be given explaining in detail how to implement these strategies.

Ongoing Monitoring of Program for Optimal Results

It is important to document that your health and wellness program is working. Select biomarkers and self-evaluations are repeated periodically to demonstrate your progress.
